Your credit report is like a financial resumé. It’s a record of your credit-related information, such as your instalments, which accounts you hold and your payment behaviour. It’s important to know what information is on your credit report since any incorrect information could impact your ability to obtain finance. If you find any incorrect or outdated information on your credit report, you can log a dispute with us.

You have the right to access your credit report. You can obtain your credit report free of charge once every 12 months by clicking the button below.
If you require additional reports during that period, you can email us at na.creditreports@creditinfo.com and we will provide you with your credit report at a small fee.
You will be required to submit the following information for us to process your request.
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Proof of address
- Proof of identity: a copy of your National Identification for individuals; or passport for foreigners
Log a Dispute
If you feel that the information on your credit report is incorrect, you can contact our Information Integrity (Disputes) Department to request that your information is reviewed and corrected.
Our Information Integrity (Disputes) staff have the knowledge and skills to assist you in resolving queries on your credit report. To log a dispute, you can click on the button below or you can email the team at na.disputes@creditinfo.com.
